Promotion Details

Purchase any Clark Forklifts (up to 3.5 ton capacity) from now till 31st March 2022 and enjoy an additional warranty of 1 year / 1,000 hours (whichever is earlier).

The warranty covers major components like engine, transmission, and drive axle/differential. All ancillary items to these major components and the remainder of the forklift are specifically excluded from the extended warranty. Batteries and chargers for electric models are covered by a different warranty.

Warranty does not apply in the following cases, and Clark or TCIM shall not bear any expense, even when they occur during the warranty period or, are incurred undertaking warrantable repairs.

• a. Damage or defects caused by accident, misuse, negligence, or natural calamity.
• b. Damage or defects caused by using other than Clark genuine parts or caused by installing attachments to the machine not authorized in writing by Clark or Dealer.
• c. Damage or defects caused by failure to adhere to Clark maintenance schedule and requirements.
• d. Damage or defects caused by improper fluid levels or contaminated fuels, fluids, or filters.
• e. Change, alteration, or modification to machine or any of its component/parts by other than Clark or Dealer which in the sole judgment of Clark, affects the performance, stability, or purpose for which it was manufactured.

Terms and Conditions

• 1. Promotion is applicable to all Clark Forklifts up to 3.5-ton capacity (excluding Warehouse Equipment) with orders signed and deposit paid by 31st March 2022.
• 2. Deposit paid is non-refundable.
• 3. Delivery must be taken within 30 days from the deposit paid. For indent units, delivery must be taken 30 days from shipment arrival.
